Established just under one year ago Balkan Alien Sound have had enjoyed an array of success since the end of last summer. Founded by bouzouki player, Martin Coyle, after spending much time in Eastern Europe discovering and collecting music, Balkan Alien Sound put their own spin on the dance music of Klezmer as well as traditional Turkish, Bulgarian and Balkan folk dances.
